This shows aromas of hay, white peaches and dried pineapple. Full-bodied, rich and unctuous yet supported by a defined backbone of acidity that brings balance and dimension to its inherent weight. Persistent and flavorful finish. Half the wine undergoes malolactic conversion. Aged in foudre with the remainder in used barrique.
