At Mr.D Wine Store, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect bottles within 48 hours of receipt.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our wine experts will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 3.Pack Securely
Place the items back in their original protective wine shippers to ensure they are safe during transit; please do not remove any original seals or labels.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned bottles, we will process your full refund or ship out a replacement bottle within 3-5 business days.
