How do you ensure the wine is safe during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced pulp-based packaging and climate-controlled shipping methods to protect your bottles from both physical breakage and temperature fluctuations.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (21+ in the US) and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier upon arrival.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe your bottle is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or store credit once the flaw is verified.
