The 2009 Lynch-Moussas has a fleshy ripe, mulberry and cedar scented bouquet with hints of tobacco and pencil box developing in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, quite cohesive and focused with good depth, fresh and lithe towards the classic cedar and graphite finish. This is an excellent showing for an underrated Pauillac.
