Smoky, ripe apple flesh with an aura of fresh, wet clay makes for a gentle but intriguing nose. Edges of hop bitterness set a lovely accent. The palate continues in this layered fashion. Assisted by electric acidity, every nuance gets a spotlight. The ripe apple flesh, the intense and mouthwatering apple pip bitterness, the gentle sweetness and that mellow notion of linden flower tisane. The medium-sweet finish strikes the most wonderful balance.
