Von Winning Riesling 2021 Deidesheimer Pfalz Germany

This beautiful riesling has a lemon yellow color with aromas of apricot, citrus, peach, but also almond and a hint of oak in the nose. In the mouth this is a beautiful typical elegant riesling with a mineral character. The finish is long and ends dry and salty. Delicious with Vietnamese spring rolls with scampis and coriander. Also delicious with flammkuchen with bacon and crème fraîche.
