The 2019 Noisette Cuvee is based on 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Petit Verdot. It’s impeccably balanced, medium to full-bodied, and has plenty of tannins as well as terrific aromatics (blue fruits, violets, flowers). I’d be happy to drink a bottle. It’s approachable today and should evolve gracefully for 10-12 years.
