Sandro Fay Il Glicine, Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG, Italy 2019

Garnet red colour. On the nose this wine is characterized by its intense and articulated aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by floral nuances of violet and spicy notes and balsamic herbs. Over time, hints of leather and tobacco also emerge. On the palate, the wine is well structured, persistent and with a great balance between its components. The tannins are present but not aggressive and are perfectly balanced with the acidity, giving a fresh and inviting sip.
