This wine is made of 100% Pinot Noir, from Štajerska, Slovenia. The nights here are refreshingly cool, and allow the grapes to ripen while maintaining sharp acidity. The juice is fermented with native yeasts for a refreshing savory character. The fruit really shines in this bottle and packs quite the punch at first.
