Ovum Cedar Ranch Vineyard Pinot Blanc 2021

While a small portion of the grapes used to make this wine had botrytis, it was fermented dry in 1,000 L chestnut casks. Grilled pineapple, rosemary and olive oil aromas are followed by flavors of yellow apples poached with butter, wet stones and a trace of fennel and citrus. Soft acidity makes for easy sipping.
