Absolutely exquisite in aroma, many notes of flint, fresh citrus, dried vegetables, all with great purity and presence. In the mouth it reveals a lot of character, with great creaminess cut by vibrant acidity, notes of peel, grapefruit, soft spice, hint of smoke. Tense, long, distinct, it is a white of enormous sophistication, made to grow over many years.
