2019 Le Merle de Chateau Peby Faugeres, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, France

Made from 100% Merlot with a deep garnet purple colour expression. It has beautiful aromas of plum, blackberry compote and mulberry with hints of cake and potpourri. The palate is medium-bodied, finely crafted and refreshing, full of black fruit and framed by fine tannins that are subtly spicy.
