The result is an excellent liaison between a round and rich texture and a fine limestone style. The bouquet is delicately yeasty, spicy, and displays a pleasant reduction. It practically crackles on the bone-dry finish. The limestone brings out a different facet here than in the other Bunter Sandstone vineyards or the dark-looking Forster Rieslings, and impresses with pleasant yellow fruit (citrus and orange aromas), which are cushioned by a rich texture.
