A blend of two indigenous white varieties, both thought to have been originally planted by the Phoenicians. The Merweh vines are over a century old, and the Obeidi over fifty years. Fermented seperately, they are then blended and aged in stainless steel. This golden-hued, medium-bodied dry white will pair well with chicken hashweh.
