Domaine d'Aupilhac Coteaux Languedoc Rouge 2018 France

Thanks to the altitude and the exposure which slow down the maturation of the grapes, this wine retains great freshness with aromas of red fruits, spices and garrigue. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif because of its fruitiness and its supple, long texture. It can also go well with a guinea fowl, a pigeon, all accompanied by porcini mushrooms or rosé des prés or even with a duck breast with figs.
