Fresh, clean and bone dry, it’s medium-bodied with frothy bubbles, roundness on the palate, fleshy white peach flavors and toasty brioche notes. Pairs well with fresh shellfish or a Käsekuchen, a German-style, semi-sweet cheesecake made with from age blanc instead of cream cheese.
