2021 | Capture Estate Merlot | Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak

This deeply extracted and spice-driven Merlot farmed just under 3000ft. of elevation displays aromas of dark chocolate covered cherry, cinnamon and pepper. The palate gives flavors of rich black plum, tobacco and rich minerality in a powerful tannic framework. This needs time to evolve, but will be excellent with hearty meat courses in time.
