Grown high in the hills of Valdobbiadene on very chalky soils, this wine proves that not all Prosecco are the same. Lifted aromas of fresh green apples, lemon zest, crushed chalk and heady white-flower aromas. Cool and crisp on the palate, with a rush of mixed orchard fruits and blanched almonds finishing with persistent minerality and fresh acidity.
