2017 | Dominio de Atauta Valdegatiles | Ribera del Duero
Valdegatilles is the lowest of Dominio de Atauta's vineyard-focused wines, although it's still
located at a pretty elevated 930 metres. North-facing and entirely clay based, it's often the
most backward of the bodega's red, with a low pH and the concentration and acidity to age.
Grippy, focused and tight, with sturdy tannins, lots of concentration and layers of damson,
blueberry and wet earth.
